soft bedgood location
the room was perfect the bed was soft and comfortable staff held our bags so we could visit friends nearby i would stay again the location was good to the underground
the bathroom smelled damp the plug drained slowly i thought it wasn't the best value for money

The staff was amazing. They were very good too. The rooms were so relaxing. The ambience of the hotel was everything.

The lobby boasts a nice vibe. Staff members were super friendly. I enjoyed how walkable the location is. It gives easy access to Borough Market, Tate Modern, and Southbank.
